Amanda Reid

Commercial Borrowing

Amanda has worked with our sister company Independent Financial Solutions for over 16 years, developing and managing their personal mortgage department and now incorporating the commercial borrowing facility we offer at ECP.

Amanda is fully CeMap qualified, has invaluable knowledge and experience and has built solid relationships with both high street and specialist lenders which means she is best placed to offer a tailored approach to your requirements leaving you to successfully continue to run and build your business.

Robert Stamp

Corporate Project Analyst
Robert has been working in the financial sector since 2012, where he started his career as a case manager supporting the IFS team of financial advisers. A major part of this role was running in-house due diligence on EIS and SEIS companies, and it was during this period that Robert began to broaden his investment knowledge and skills.
Following this, as part of his career development he transferred to the ECP role of Corporate Project Analyst. His role at ECP is predominantly to assess companies and identify the most suitable sources of investment and capital raising through EIS, SEIS and direct investment.

Jon Crout

Case Management Support

Jon is a new member of the ECP team. He has a background in insurance and local government and is a graduate of the University of Portsmouth.

Most recently he has been working as a report writer in financial services before training as a will writer and helping to set up Harbourside Legal, where he is looking forward to helping clients with their wills and powers of attorney.

Sian Mason

Senior Administrator

Sian has worked with Independent Financial Solutions, our sister company, since 2012.

Here she provided support to the Client Services Team and worked her way up to Senior Administrator, where she dealt extensively with clients and external providers.

She enjoys customer contact and is delighted to have been part of the team responsible for setting up Harbourside Legal.
