Our company, Material Things have been working with ECP for the past year. Our first meeting was to discuss workplace pensions, which was a minefield for a small company like ours, but with their knowledge and expertise we managed to get the pensions set up without too much distraction and hard work for us.

As their service was so good we decided that we would invest further in getting all our employment contracts and our company handbook which was over ten years old updated which has also made a big improvement moving forward.
